Once refined the cooking techniques and transalpine preparation, aims to deepen the knowledge of the Italian ingredients “La Trattoria Toscana“ under the leadership of Omar Agostini, earning a Michelin star and holding the position of Head Chef. After a brief period at the “Ritz Carlton” of Singapore and the “Social Heinz Beck” in Dubai, he is appointed Executive Chef of Tartufi & Friends London for eighteen months and then he is appointed Executive Chef of all Tartufi & Friends location in Germany. The craziness in food styling and obsessive precision in the cooking make Alessandro a real mentor to those who work with him.
