Black truffle season is back, our king ingredient that gives “life” to our recipes. But you know that.
What probably you don’t know is that black truffle is often added during cooking, because it allows a greater melting of flavors. And for such a wonderfully unique ingredient the combination with the right wine glass is crucial.
For this reason our wine card is very selective in order to perfectly match the dish in front of you. As for black truffle, pasta dishes (usually accompanied by a medium-sized wine) require more complex wines, while for main dishes structured wines with a few years of aging are suitable. White wines must be elegant and fragrant.
